- Sleep. Figure out how much sleep you actually need and prioritize that. When you’re not getting enough sleep, your body’s not able to repair throughout the night; you’re more susceptible to illness; you’re irritable; you’re waking up in a brain fog and you’re not actually showing up as your most creative self; it adds to your inability to concentrate on the task at hand, etc.
- Move your body. Whether it’s cardio or doing something at home or going to classes consistently, make sure that you are moving your body throughout the day.
- Food. Make sure that you are eating well; pay attention to the food you put into your body on a regular basis.
- Be intentional with your time and your energy. Know that each time you say “yes” to one thing, you are saying “no” to another. Make sure that you are being intentional with the way you’re spending your time and your energy.
