Can we, as a company, take on raising your leaders?
You’re busy and you’re spread thin, and you would love a plug-and-play system that can give you the outcome you’re seeking. So, can we create something that takes you out of that equation but still fills that deep desire to see your children grow up happy and thriving and successful?
We know how busy you are because we are in the same boat. We’re all so passionate about our mission but we’re also so passionate about our families and raising our kids to be difference-makers. So, we (and when I say we, I mean my whole team at Luminary Leadership) have been working tirelessly on a top secret program that’s going to be soon front facing for all of you.
I believe in bringing in help where you need it, so that you can stay in alignment with your vision, your mission and your values and still show up where you’re called to be. But, as we were plowing through this, we realized that we keep bumping into the same consensus across the board – we cannot fully outsource this part. But don’t worry – good news is coming.

When it comes to this idea of how much you can outsource raising your kids in a way that really instills in them what they need in order to become the leaders they’re called to be, I think of something that my mom still reminds me to this day: “Trust what they do, not what they say.”
So, when it comes to leadership and actually raising our kids up in their purpose and potential, we can’t just teach concepts. We can’t just tell them. We have to live it. It has to be modeled for them. It has to be woven into our world as a way of life, a priority in our schedule of who we are becoming. Not just the curriculum you can put on a desk and hope that they absorb it.
The reason we were having this conversation internally as a team was because we were really excited in the beginning to create a plug-and-play system, but we soon realized that it’s not about that. It was about bridging the gap, because we had to bring you into the equation, not just your kid.

[11:25] You Can Outsource the “How”
If you’re running your own business, you’re likely using a lot of your energy to create within the walls of your business, or sometimes, just to keep the thing afloat. So, trying to identify and craft the perfect leadership process for your children can feel like a heavy and daunting task. It’s hard to piece together all the pieces from a million different places, people’s opinions and gurus, hoping that it sticks.
At Luminary Leadership, we are taking on two major things – raising ourselves up into who we need to be so that we can raise our kids up into who they need to be. And the “raising ourselves” part can’t be skipped. It’s the foundation.
So, we can’t just lay this at the feet of someone else. It is on us, individually. Especially because our kids are so unique and we know them better than anyone else, so we have to be there to facilitate the process in alignment with our own personal vision and values.
But the good news is that we can outsource the “how”. I don’t believe that every parent should have to take on creating a curriculum to support their child, navigate it totally alone and have the full roadmap mapped out. I actually think that’s a recipe for more stress and more overwhelm and less wins in business and parenthood.
As entrepreneurial parents, we can give our children the greatest gift, a gift that can’t be found outside of small business families -we can help our kids become leaders, independent thinkers and trailblazers of their own accord.

Now, I know that you don’t need more things on your to-do list. What you need is quite the opposite – more freedom and flexibility to create the lifestyle you don’t need to escape from, where you have the resources at your fingertips that engage your kids so that you can raise those happy and thriving leaders.
This all starts by creating a rhythm that allows you to be happy and thriving every single day and inviting your kids into the process. And that part you can do with us, both guiding you and totally in it with you. Because this is our mission. We’re ready to take this on.
