These are discernment-based decisions that help me buy back time, lead with greater clarity, and build in a way that protects both my energy and our mission. Tools are only as good as the intention behind them and this is how I’m using AI to actually lead, not just “optimize.”

1. Using AI as a Strategic Second Brain

I’ve trained a private bot with 13+ years of mastermind transcripts – real coaching conversations, client breakthroughs, and the frameworks that have guided my growth.

Now, instead of needing 12 meetings to move an idea forward, I can drop a question into the bot like:

• Where are the blind spots in this offer?
• How is this message landing?
• What’s missing in the positioning?
