This idea of Luminary Leadership Podcast was born out of the realization that entrepreneurs are failing the next generation. We are so worried about growing our businesses that we are not invested fully in raising leaders. We can talk about how well we are raising our kids, but behind closed doors we are not doing it right. This is why each week, in addition to our regularly scheduled episode, you’ll have a chance to hear our Raising Luminaries episode, an episode dedicated to anyone who cares deeply about doing the part in raising their kids right.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family made me realize that my parents had to make many sacrifices in order to honor what was most important to them – family. They had flexibility, but did not have freedom. This is why Luminary Leadership is all about serving at the highest level of impact while honoring your values. Our mission is to help you to elevate into powerful leadership, doing the work that you feel called to without sacrificing what matters most –  your freedom and what you value.
